20th International Symposium on Silicon Chemistry

On May 12 - 17 2024, a group of researchers from ISPM RAS took part in the XX International Symposium on Silicone Chemistry, held in Hiroshima, Japan.
Fedor Drozdov, Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Engineering of Polymer Nanomaterials, made an oral presentation on the topic "Functional siloxanes - new approaches to the synthesis and prospects for their application".
Sergey Milenin, Senior Researcher at the Laboratory of Molecular Engineering of Polymer Nanomaterials, made a presentation on the topic "CuAAC strategy for the preparation of functional organosilicon monomers and polymers".
Alina Khmelnitskaya, a junior researcher at the Laboratory of Synthesis of Organoelement Polymers, made a presentation on "Synthesis of vinyl-containing PDMS in active medium".
Some other researchers from ISPM RAS staff took part in a poster session.
