The 12th International Fall School on Organic Electronics, IFSOE-2026, was opened at ISPM RAS. This is an annual event for undergraduate and postgraduate students, young and established scientists, featuring tutorial and invited lectures by leading scientists from Russia and abroad on various aspects of organic electronics — from the synthesis of organic and polymeric semiconductors, investigation of their properties, to the preparation and characterization of devices based on them, such as various organic transistors, light emitting diodes, solar cells, sensors, and other basic elements of organic, hybrid, flexible, and printed electronics. The school was opened with a tutorial lecture by academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Valentin Ananikov, in which he discussed the mechanistic study of the activation and degradation of catalysts used in organic synthesis.
